Equipment Rental

A $100.00 payment is required before pickup of any equipment. payments can be made with cash or checks made out to the benton county SWCD.

Garfield Earth Mover, 8 Yard, or 9 Yard Scraper......................................................................Day One Minimum- $100.00. Anything over the first day minimum rental charge: 1/2 day- $60.00. Full day- $100.00.

Warm Season Grass Drill......................................................................................................Minimum- $100.00. Anything over the first 10 acres is $10.00 per acre.

12 Foot Box Scraper........................................................................................................Day One Minimum $100.00. Anything over the first day minimum rental charge: 1/2 day- $30.00. Full day- $50.00.

Flags per Bundle of 100............................................................................................................................................. $10.00/bundle

Plat Book………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………$25.00.

Customers who rent any equipment must stop by the office or use the following link to access and fill out rental paperwork before picking up any equipment.  Please email rental forms to Chrissie McCutcheon and let her know when you are finished with the equipment and the amount of time and acres used so we can create an invoice. All payments are due upon return of equipment.  A $100 fee will be imposed if equipment has to be transported by Benton County SWCD. If equipment is not returned within 2 days of use, a $100 fine will be imposed. The SWCD office cannot accept card payments, please bring cash or a check made out to the Benton County SWCD.
